The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens offers several fun and engaging opportunities to learn about the animals and their ecosystems. Every visit, we aim to aim to inspire guests to care for the natural world and understand the importance of diverse and sustainable ecosystems.

Join us at the Discovery Center each week for an hour of guided exploration and fun experiential activities, designed for toddlers and their accompanying adults.

Me & You at the Zoo

ZooCamp is the place for your budding naturalist to have some wild fun while exploring the natural world. ZooCampers will be enthralled by special activities, arts and crafts, and animal encounters that can only be found at The Living Desert.

Spring ZooCamp

Wild adventure awaits! Join The Living Desert for educational activities focused on nature play, STEAM based learning, animal encounters, and more. Summer ZooCamp programs will be offered for campers in grades K-5.
